This beautiful and immaculately presented country casa enjoys all-day sun and is set in a secluded location, yet it is only a 10 to 20 minutes' drive to the charming white villages ("Pueblos Blancos") such as Archez, Arenas, Canillas de Albaida, Corumbela, and Competa. Located in a sunny position with beautiful views of vineyards and olive trees in authentic Spain, it offers a home to fully unwind.
The area around the swimming pool provides plenty of space for private sunbathing, and the shaded dining terrace is a great place for entertaining family and friends. The property has very easy access (including a car porch) and is situated on a plot planted with a variety of fruit trees, including plum, apple, orange, lemon, and almonds. The beautiful outdoor terrace, offering lots of privacy, is the ideal place for those who want to relax. Here, you can enjoy the sun and beautiful views or read a good book in the shade of the covered terrace. After a refreshing dip in the pool, you will feel refreshed. There is also an outdoor shower and a BBQ for added convenience.
The total plot area is around 3200m2, featuring a swimming pool measuring 6.5m by 3.5m and WiFi coverage throughout. It offers a typical Spanish environment, located less than 50 km from Malaga and 18 km from the Costa del Sol coast.
The casa can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds. Additionally, a camp bed is available upon request, along with a sofa in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets and sinks, and 1 bathroom with a bath.
The casa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, capable of cooling or heating as needed. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets, ensuring both security and comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is comfortable seating with satellite TV.
Via a private entrance gate with an asphalted sloping private driveway, you reach the casa and the large outdoor terrace with 3 parking spaces. Both in front and behind are private grounds with fruit and olive trees. There is a covered terrace with seating and a fan and a pergola with a dining table. The casa is located in a fantastic location in the middle of the Axarquia, nearby protected nature reserves. Good asphalted roads lead to the property (no dirt tracks) and connection (25 min) to the main highway (A7) between Granada and Malaga. It is ideally located between Parque Natural Sierras de Tejeda Almijara and the Mediterranean Sea. In less than fifteen minutes, you can drive to authentic white villages with small-scale shops and restaurants.
Furthermore, the location of the casa offers you the opportunity to visit the cities of Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, and Granada within 1 to 3 hours' drive. In Torre del Mar (25 min), there are good bus connections to Malaga and other places, and from Malaga, there are good train connections.
The property is situated in a quiet but certainly not isolated location. Whether you enjoy peace, walking, cycling, golf, horse riding, the beach, shopping, good food, or cultural trips, you will not miss out. Having a car is a must. It is highly suitable for families with children who want to splash in their own swimming pool, climb and clamber, and love adventure. It is also ideal for teenagers who need a rest after a busy study period and want to shop in Torre del Mar or Malaga.
During the winter season, you can go skiing near Granada (100 km).

Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, die je nach Bedarf kühlen oder heizen kann. Die Fenster haben Fensterläden und Moskitonetze und das Anwesen ist gut gesichert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten mit Sat-TV.
Über ein privates Eingangstor mit einer asphaltierten privaten Auffahrt erreichen Sie das Haus und die große Außenterrasse mit 3 Parkplätzen. Sowohl vor als auch hinter dem Haus befinden sich private Grundstücke mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen. Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Ventilator sowie eine Pergola mit einem Esstisch.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage inmitten der Axarquia, in der Nähe von geschützten Naturreservaten. Gute asphaltierte Straßen führen zum Anwesen (keine Schotterwege) und zur Verbindung (25 Min.) zur Hauptautobahn (A7) zwischen Granada und Malaga. Es liegt ideal zwischen dem Parque Natural Sierras de Tejeda Almijara und dem Mittelmeer. In weniger als fünfzehn Minuten erreichen Sie authentische weiße Dörfer mit kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants.
Darüber hinaus bietet die Lage der Casa die Möglichkeit, die Städte Malaga, Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda und Granada innerhalb von 1 bis 3 Stunden Fahrtzeit zu besuchen. In Torre del Mar (25 Min.) gibt es gute Busverbindungen nach Malaga und anderen Orten, und von Malaga aus gibt es gute Zugverbindungen.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen, aber keineswegs isolierten Lage.
